Delivery Areas & Shipping Fees

We currently deliver to the following areas:

• Alexandria: 100 EGP

• Beheira, Kafr El Sheikh, Gharbia, Monufia, Dakahlia, Damietta, Sharqia and Port Said: 105 EGP

• North Coast and Matrouh: 155 EGP

Order Confirmation & Payment

To confirm your order, the shipping fee must be paid in advance via InstaPay during checkout.

The remaining value of the products will be paid in cash upon delivery.

Orders are confirmed only after our team reviews the uploaded payment receipt. You will be contacted if any additional information is required.

Delivery

Delivery time varies according to the governorate, delivery area and courier workload.

Please provide a complete and accurate address, an active mobile number and any information that may help the courier reach you.

Shipping Fees & Failed Delivery

Shipping fees cover the courier service and are non-refundable after the order has been dispatched or after a delivery attempt has been made.

Additional shipping fees may apply if the customer requests another delivery attempt because of an incorrect address, an unavailable phone number or refusal to receive the order.

نقوم حاليًا بالتوصيل إلى المناطق التالية:

• الإسكندرية: 100 جنيه

• البحيرة، كفر الشيخ، الغربية، المنوفية، الدقهلية، دمياط، الشرقية وبورسعيد: 105 جنيهات

• الساحل الشمالي ومطروح: 155 جنيهًا

تأكيد الطلب والدفع

لتأكيد الطلب، يجب دفع مصاريف الشحن مقدمًا عن طريق InstaPay أثناء إتمام الطلب.

يتم دفع باقي قيمة المنتجات نقدًا عند الاستلام.

لا يتم تأكيد الطلب إلا بعد مراجعة فريقنا لإيصال الدفع المرفوع، وسيتم التواصل مع العميل إذا احتجنا إلى أي بيانات إضافية.

التوصيل

تختلف مدة التوصيل حسب المحافظة ومنطقة التسليم وضغط العمل لدى شركة الشحن.

يرجى كتابة العنوان بالتفصيل، وإضافة رقم هاتف متاح وأي معلومات تساعد مندوب الشحن على الوصول إليك.

مصاريف الشحن وتعذر التسليم

تغطي مصاريف الشحن خدمة شركة التوصيل، ولا يمكن استردادها بعد شحن الطلب أو إجراء محاولة للتسليم.

قد يتم احتساب مصاريف شحن جديدة عند طلب إعادة التوصيل بسبب كتابة عنوان غير صحيح، أو عدم إتاحة رقم الهاتف، أو رفض استلام الطلب.
