Refund Policy

Paper products may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt only in the case of a manufacturing defect.

The product will be inspected to verify the manufacturing defect before the return process is completed. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, SOBHY Store will cover the return shipping cost.

Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind or misuse. The product must be in the same condition in which it was received, except for the defect that is the subject of the return request.
